What is the WEIGHT of the soap? |
| A.
Each bar weighs 4.5 to 5 ounces. Since all of the soap is
handcrafted and hand cut, this will sometimes result in bars that
are not uniformly sized. |
| Q.
What do I do if my soap gets mushy? |
|
A.
Something you may not know about handmade soap -- Unlike commercial
soap, Handcrafted soap can become "mushy". Store it
in a soap dish that drains water away. If it does get soft,
let it dry out for a few days. |

Q. Should I keep my soap wrapped?
|

A.
Your soap will arrive wrapped in paper. To allow the soap
to "breathe," please unwrap it. |

Where do you ship? |

A.
Within
the US and to Canada. |

Q.
When will I get my order?
|
| A.
If paying by Pay Pal, please allow 3 - 4 business days before items
are shipped. Products are sent UPS ground and take 3 - 5 business
days to arrive, depending on your location. If you are sending a check
or money order, you will want to consider the time it takes for me
to receive the order, the time it takes for the check to clear (about
3 days) and shipping. |

Suppose I need to RETURN the soap?
|
| A.
I hope that you are happy with the purchases you make. If you are
unsatisfied with any of my products, you may return the unused portion
within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email me to get an
authorization number. Packages without an authorization number written
on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to you.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. |
